Afghanistan football team faces defeat against Pakistan

10974536_807014019366131_7418946669773189700_oThe Afghanistan national football B team faced defeated during a friendly football match against Pakistan on Friday.

The Afghan team was defeated 2-1 by the Pakistani national football team during a 90-minute game which was played in Lahore city of Pakistan.

The first half of the game ended in favor of Pakistan 1-0 with Mohammad Riaz hitting the first goal in the 18th minute of the match.

Afghanistan’s Amiruddin Anwar leveled the game during the initial minutes of the second half by hitting a goal but Pakistan’s Sadullah hit the second goal during the 88th minute of the second half.

This was the second friendly football match between the national football teams of Afghanistan and Pakistan which was organized almost one and half year after the first match.

The Afghanistan national football team defeated Pakistan 3-0 in the first friendly match which was organized on 20th August last year.

  1. I bet these afghan players had only one passport ……………….. people with two passport must have not been allowed to play because of the afghan parliament …….
