The Ministry also added that the suspect was arrested along with a stamp of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ten days ago.
According to MoI, the case was thoroughly investigated, revealing that no UAE citizen was arrested by security fores.
This is the first time reports emerging regarding the detention of a UAE citizen in Afghanistan in connection to terrorism-related activities. Although, insurgents from the other countries, specifically from neighboring countries are actively operating in Afghanistan.
