The bride who got wounded in a rocket attack on the night of her wedding in southern Helmand province breathed last in the hospital.
She was about to see a morning of her new life with her husband but her luck took her to spend the night of her wedding in a hospital.
The tragic incident happened Wednesday night in Sarwan Qala area of Sangin district where people, most of them women and children, gathered in a wedding party to see the bride and a rocket landed in the compound.
That night villagers did not find chance to see the bride in wedding clothes but yesterday they received the chance to see her in white clothes “Kafan”.
They did not have the chance to see her in her nice decorated room but they got the chance to see her in a wooden box for taking her to the grave.
