According to Afghan security officials at least 8 Afghan civilians were killed and more than 30 others were injured during the latest wave of insurgents attack in Afghanistan.
Local officials in Uruzgan province said at least 6 Afghan civilians were killed after their vehicle hit a roadside bomb in Chora district in this province.
The officials further added another Afghan civilian was also injured following the incident.
In a separate incident in southern Helmand province at least 1 Afghan kid was killed and injured another Afghan kid after a roadside bomb went off in Greshk district.
In the meantime three other Afghan kids were killed and and two others were injured in the same province.
Meanwhile an Afghan woman was killed and around 28 others were injured after militants attacked provincial governor compound of western Farah province.
No group including the Taliban militants have so far claimed responsibility behind the incident. Taliban fighters and other insurgents group use improvised explosive device as the weapon of their choice to target Afghan and coalition security forces which normally lead to civilans casualties.
