Youtube has suspended President Trump’s account for at least a week, the firm announced in a tweet.
Trump’s account has been suspended after uploading a new video, purportedly inciting violence in his official YouTube account.
Previously, Trump had his social media accounts banned on Facebook and Twitter after the Pro-Trump Capitol Hill riot on the 6th January, Washington Post reported.
The new content posted by President Trump has violated the company’s policies, YouTube said.
It is unclear what type of content was removed from the account but the company declared an uploaded video that belonged to trump was removed, due to ongoing concerns about increasing violence.
Youtube is an online video-sharing platform, that operates from the United States and millions of people use its services across the globe.
After the attack on the U.S Capitol, social media companies have started cracking down on the US president’s online activities.
Twitter is the only social media services company that has suspended trump from using his account permanently.
