The police forces have arrested two suspects in connection to kidnap and murder of a 6-year-old girl in Kabul city, the Ministry of Interior said Wednesday.
According to a statement released by the Ministry of Interior, the two suspects had kidnapped a 6-year-old girl from 315th residential project site located in 11th police district of Kabul city and had then murdered her.
The statement further added that the kidnappers were demanding $300,000 ransom in exchange for the release of hostage.
The Ministry of Interior also added that the Counter-Criminal Task Force launched an operation to rescue the girl but managed to arrest the culprits who had abducted and murdered her.
The Kabul Police Commandment also confirmed that two suspects have been arrested in connection to the abduction and murder of a 6-year-old girl.
Officials in Kabul Police Commandment are saying that the detained individuals have confessed to their crime.
