The Taliban’s spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid appeared for the first time ever in 20 years and announced a complete end of the war in Afghanistan after they grabbed control over nearly entire Afghanistan.

Zibullah Mujahid said that negotiations are going on to shape a government that will be accepted by all.

The Taliban’s spokesperson in his press conference assured the US and all regional countries that there will be no threat from Afghanistan and the foreign embassies and agencies will also be protected in Kabul.

“We want good relations with other countries and ask them to respect our religious principles and law. Like other countries, we also have the right to have our own rules and laws.” Said Mujahid.

About women, Mujahid said that there is a desperate need for female doctors, teachers, and other employees and they will be given their rights as given to them by Islam.

He also said that media will be allowed to function as normal but asked them to remain impartial, independent, and do not violate Islamic principles and national values.

The spokesperson reiterated that there is general amnesty for all Afghans and the leaders who have left Afghanistan are asked to return to the country and work along with the Taliban.
