
According to reports, a Taliban Blackhawk chopper crashed inside a military training base in the capital Kabul on Saturday afternoon.
Taliban’s Ministry of Defense has confirmed the incident and has said it was due to a technical error with the chopper.
A press release published by the Ministry of Defense confirms the death of 3 people including 2 pilots and injury of another 2 individuals.
This comes as as several Afghanistan National Security Defense Forces (ANSDF) choppers remained in the hands of Taliban while most of them were flown to the neighboring countries like Tajikistan and Uzbekistan last year as the country fell into the hands of the Taliban.
