
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said the Taliban militants set the bodies of five people on fire after shooting them dead in South-eastern Ghazni province.
According to a statement released by MoI, the Taliban militants killed the five people including three civilians and two policemen in Qayaq Valley of Jaghatoo district.
The statement further added that the victims were travelling in a vehicle when they were targeted by Taliban militants and their dead bodies were set on fire inside the car.
The interior ministry condemned the act as extremely brutal and against the humanity.
The Taliban group has not commented regarding the incident so far.
