Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez signed a prenuptial agreement shortly before their wedding that would reportedly provide Georgina with a monthly payment of £85,000 in the event of a divorce, while keeping most of Ronaldo’s assets separate, according to Portuguese media reports.
The Portuguese newspaper Jornal de Notícias reported that the couple signed the agreement at a notary office in Lisbon on August 10, 2026, one day before their wedding ceremony. The reported agreement establishes a separation-of-assets regime, meaning property acquired or registered individually would generally remain with its respective owner.
Under the reported arrangement, only assets formally registered in both names would be subject to division if the couple separated. The reported monthly payment to Georgina would be separate from assets already registered in her name.
The agreement is significant given the scale of Ronaldo’s wealth and business interests. The 41-year-old football star reportedly became a billionaire earlier this year, with his wealth built through football earnings, commercial ventures and investments.
His business interests reportedly include hotels, sports clubs, a padel club, a clothing brand and a film-production studio. He also owns a collection of luxury cars, properties, a private jet and a yacht.
Georgina has also developed an independent commercial profile through modelling, entertainment, fashion and social media. Portuguese media have additionally reported that Ronaldo’s luxury property in Madrid’s La Finca area, reportedly worth around £5 million, is registered in Georgina’s name.
The reported prenup has drawn attention because it combines financial separation with a specific provision for Georgina in the event of divorce. The agreement was reportedly signed just before the couple held a private wedding ceremony in Cascais, Portugal. Ronaldo and Georgina have been together for nearly a decade and have children together.
