BBC reports, Joe Biden said Tuesday, that trump’s refusal to concede victory is an embarrassment and insisted nothing would the transfer of power.

Trump had tweeted he would ultimately win the race as major TV networks announced the victory of Joe Biden.

The wining announcements in the last 4 years has been projected, none of the state-by-state results have yet been certified, vote counts are still continuing, real outcomes are expected to be announced on December 14.

“I just think it’s an embarrassment, quite frankly,” Joe Biden told media, in Wilmington Delaware.

“At the end of the day, you know, it’s all going to come to fruition on January 20,” referring to inauguration day.

Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors across the U.S. to probe into “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities, despite no evidence of wide spread fraud.

Trump has not conceded the election and instead claimed without evidence that there has been widespread, multistate conspiracy by the democrats to skew vote tolly in the favor of Biden.

“While it is imperative that credible allegations be addressed in a timely and effective manner, it is equally imperative that Department personnel exercise appropriate caution and maintain the Department’s absolute commitment to fairness, neutrality and non-partisanship,” Barr wrote in a memo to associated press.

A Pennsylvania postal worker claimed officials tampered with mail in ballots, in back dating the late votes so they could be counted.

But later USPS IG investigators were informed, that committee staff interviewed the man and he recanted his allegation, and did not explain why he signed a false affidavit.
