Real Madrid are no longer considering signing French forward Kylian Mbappe when the Paris Saint-Germain striker becomes available again in the future.

Mbappe turned down Los Blancos’ offer this summer after opting to sign a contract renewal with PSG worth a staggering €150 million per year.

According to Football Espana, Real Madrid will not revisit their long-standing transfer interest in Paris Saint-Germain superstar as the Spanish giants are set to turn their attention elsewhere.

The 23-year-old French international may leave PSG on a free transfer in 2024, but the wages he is on mean that Real Madrid will not be interested in paying out at that level for the player.

In order to prevent the prospect of losing Mbappe on a free transfer at the end of the 2024–25 season, PSG is prepared for the possibility of selling him in 2024, if he does not intend to sign another extension.

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has been named as the fastest player on FIFA 23 which is set to be released at the end of September, Daily Mail reports.

Mbappe has been awarded a pace score of 97 which places him top of the potential list, ahead of Wolves forward Adama Traore and Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr.

Daniel James of Leeds United and Sheraldo Becker of Union Berlin have also been credited with a score of 95 while the likes of Watford star Ismaila Sarr and Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies have clocked out at 94.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Real Madrid didn’t dip into the transfer market too much this season, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t keeping an eye on the future.
