President Trump’s Supporters breached the Capitol building in the Washington, as lawmakers met to confirm President-elect Joe Biden’s win.

As police members escorted the Congress members, demonstrators entered and swarmed the Capitol building.

Biden according to U.S media said this is an insurrection, the joint session of congress certifying Biden’s win was suspended and forced into recess.

Reports indicate guns were drawn inside the building and one woman was shot and later reported dead.

Several police members were also injured during the demonstration, as armed confrontations occurred inside the house of the representatives, tear gas has also been used to control the situation.

Rioters entered the premises chanting “we want Trump”, forcing their entrance inside the capitol building.

The building is currently reported secure, despite curfew declared, trump supporters were still seen marching near the building.

Trump earlier released an online video, pledging supporters to leave for their homes, “I know your pain, I know you’re hurt,” he said. “You have to go home now, we have to have peace… we don’t want anybody hurt.” President-elect Biden was quoted by BBC.

 National Guard, FBI was immediately deployed to support the capitol police.

The Capitol Hill packed with hundreds of Trump supporters has an intense and defiant mood, BBC reported.

The election officials have certified results and courts have overturned the power of trump campaign lawsuits alleging fraud in the elections, but there is no evidence.

Trump previously said That elections in Afghanistan are much better than the States, but recently his supporters acted what is deemed unethical in many regions.

BBC quoted British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson condemned the actions, referring to the protest “ disgraceful scene” and called for a “ peaceful and orderly transfer of power”.
