The main reason behind the clash which took place in one of the Independent Election Commission (IEC) warehouses, is not clear so far, and the incident did not cause any disturbance in audit process.

In the meantime, reports suggest that the audit process was briefly halted due to disputes among the observers of the two camps.

The audit process suspended around 8:00 am local time due to disputes regarding the special audit of certain ballot boxes.

The auditeresumed at 9:30 am local time after one and half hours suspension.

The audit process is currently being conducted by 120 working teams in five different locations with the Independent Election Commission (IEC) compound.
