The participants of the intra-Afghan dialogue issued a joint statement at the end of a two-day summit which concluded late on Wednesday in Moscow city.
The declaration mainly focuses on withdrawal of all foreign forces from Afghanistan and removal of the names of Taliban leaders from sanction lists.
Release of Taliban prisoners, recognition of Taliban political office in Qatar, establishment of a strong central government were among the other main clauses of the statement.
The participants of the dialogue have also agreed that the next round of talks would be held in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
The former Afghan President Hamid Karzai and the former head of the political office of Taliban Sher Mohamamd Stanikzai called the intra-Afghan dialogue as constructive.
Karzai said the participants of the meeting mainly emphasized on foreign troops withdrawal.
In the meantime, Stanikzai confirmed that no agreement has been reached regarding a timetable for the withdrawal of the foreign forces but added that negotiations are underway in this regard.
He also expressed that the next rounds of intra-Afghan dialogue would yield positive outcome to end the violence in the country.
