The National Security Adviser of Afghanistan Dr. Hamdullah Mohib has arrived in Beijing to hold talks with the Chinese officials regarding bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The Office of the National Security Council (ONSC) in a statement said Dr. Hamdullah Mohib, the National Security Adviser of Afghanistan arrived in Beijing, the capital of China for a two-day official visit.

The statement further added that NSA Mohib was welcomed by the deputy foreign minister of China for Asia and the acting Afghan Ambassador in Beijing.

The statement further added that Dr. Mohib will meet with the senior Chinese officials and hold talks regarding bilateral security cooperation, Afghan-led peace process, and strategic cooperation between China and Afghanistan.

Dr. Mohib had earlier visited New Delhi for a 3-day official visit to hold talks regarding bilateral cooperation between Kabul and New Delhi.
