The new political coalition consisting leaders of Junbish-e-Millie, Jamiat-e-Islami, and Wahdat Islami parties are seeking broader role for the implementation of the new US policy for Afghanistan.

Junbish-e-Millie party led by the First Vice President General Abdul Rashid Dostum in a statement said the new strategy of the United States consists policies resembling those of Junbish-e-Millie for which the party has been campaigning since last thirty years.

The statement further added that Junbish-e-Millie and other political leaders involved in the establishment of the new political coalition had major role in toppling the Taliban regime during the US-led invasion, pointing towards the latest US strategy to defeat the terrorism in the country.

The party leaders also called on the US and Afghan governments and international community to utilize the experiences and capabilities available with the coalition members for the elimination of terrorism and maintaining peace and stability in the country.

They also warned that sidelining the coalition members will have a negative impact and will neutralize all the efforts aimed at defeating terrorism and ensuring peace in Afghanistan.

The new political coalition informed regarding its existence nearly three months ago and comprises of Generla Abdul Rashid Dostum, Ata Mohammad Noor, Mohammad Mohaqiq, and Salahudddin Rabbani.
