Officials in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan say that negotiations over the new government have been finalized and will be announced after the resolution of technical issues.

They said to be fully prepared for announcing the incoming inclusive government in Afghanistan.

It has been three weeks since the Taliban took power in Afghanistan but they are yet to announce their government. The very political vacuum has put the economic projects, governance, education sector, and several other sectors at pending which has adversely affected the lives of millions of people.

Acting minister of information and culture and spokesperson of the Taliban Zabiullah Mujahid said that they are fully prepared for the announcement and are working harder to secure the arrival of foreigners to the ceremony.

“I cannot disclose the exact date of announcing the incoming government but it will be very soon. For the time being, we are busy solving some technical issues of the process.” Added Mujahid.

The new government of the Taliban is said to be an interim and replacement that will be responsible for the arrangement of grand gathering-Loya Jirga- and other measures for the establishment of a permanent government.

The defiance of Panjshir province and intra-Taliban conflicts are believed to be the predicaments for the announcement of the new government but officials in IEA have not commented on the issues.
