Local officials in Nangarhar said Daesh’s in-charge of suicide attacks arrested, their judge killed in separate raids in Jalalabad city following two separate raids by the National Security Forces in the region.
Attaullah Khogyani, a spokesman for the Nangarhar governor, told the khaama Press on Monday that the two operations were carried out last night in Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province.
Khogiani said, the person in charge of the suicide attacks of the ISIL group named “Mohammad Nabi” known as “Ayoubi” is arrested during the raid.
He also said that Amin, the incumbent judge of the ISIL group nicknamed Mu’awiyah, was killed during the clash with national security forces.
The National Security Forces also seized some weapons and ammunition during the operation.
Although the government has repeatedly announced the defeat of ISIL in Nangarhar, a number of members of the group have recently been arrested in Jalalabad city and district of the province.
It seems that this group has continued its activities in Nangarhar.
