Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah has recorded his 150th goal involvement in the Premier League during this afternoon’s clash with Southampton.
The Egyptian laid on Diogo Jota’s second goal of the game after only 32 minutes at Anfield.
The assist is Salah’s eighth of the season already, adding to his 11 goals – both league-leading totals.
Mohamed Salah’s incredible stats this season get better as Liverpool star reaches Premier League record only Thierry Henry and Alan Shearer have beaten.
Salah has also now been involved in 25 goals across all competitions this season – more than double the amount of any other player in the Premier League.
The Egyptian king also put himself among another elite list, becoming the third-fastest player to reach 150 goals and assists in the Premier League.
The 29-year-old has also scored in all but one of Liverpool’s Champions League ties this season, becoming the club’s record scorer in the competition with 32 goals in 48 games.
