Paris Jackson, the only daughter of the pop star, allegedly tried to slit her wrists and was taken to a Los Angeles hospital early Wednesday morning.
The local fire department said they responded to a call of a possible overdose at 1.27am local time and transported a single person to a local medical centre.
According to media outlet reports Paris flew into a rage late last night after being told she could not attend goth rocker Marilyn Manson’s concert scheduled for tomorrow at the Gibson Amphitheatre in LA.
After being told she wasn’t going to the concert, she angrily ran to her room and slammed the door. Paris told Twitter followers last night she was in a sad mood, moments prior to paramedics being called to her home.
In the meantime Perry Sanders, an attorney for Paris’s grandmother and guardian, Katherine Jackson in a statement said, “Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention.”
“Being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are,” the statement added. “It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you.”
