Local sources in Kapisa province say three civilians have been killed in a roadside bomb blast in the Tagab district of the province.
Qais Qaderi, the spokesman for the Kapisa governor, told Khaama Press that the mine had exploded at around 6:15 a.m. Today.
According to Qaderi, the mine targeted a vehicle carrying civilians in the Khasachinai area of Kapisa province.
The spokesman added that the victims include a woman and 2 men.
He claimed that the mine had been planted by the Taliban and their goal was to target the security forces.
