Kankor-resultsThe Ministry of Higher Education has announced the Kankor examination results for the students who have qualified entry to higher educations.

The examinations for the higher education institutions were conducted during the last solar year to attract students for the 1395 educational year.

The applicants can review their test results by applying to the online website of the Ministry of Higher Education although the site seems to have problems due to sever load.

According to the officials, 58,831 students have qualified for the entry to state universities, 64,003 people have passed the exams to enroll to semi-government higher education and 40,000 others will be introduced to private higher education institutions.

The Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah congratulated the qualified students who have found their ways to the higher education institutions, insisting on the transparent process of the examinations as the process has always been controversial as the process has been marred with non-transparent allegations.

However, the Ministry of Higher Education officials have said the issue has been resolved with the introduction of the new Jumbling system.

Higher Education Ministry spokesman Faisal Amin said the system has reduced the chance of misuse and cheating by a large extent.
