IEA Condemns Israelis’ Raid on Al Aqsa Mosque

The Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan reacted to Friday’s raid of Israeli Forces on Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and condemned the move in the strongest terms.

Spokesperson of the Ministry Abdul Qahar Balkhi in a Twitter post called on the International Community and Muslim states to take practical steps to protect the rights of Palestinians and stop Israeli brutality.

“IEA condemns in strongest terms violence directed at Palestinian civilians by invaders in Al Aqsa Mosque, the first Qibla of Muslim.” Reads the Tweet.

On Friday, April 15, 2022, Israeli forces raided thousands of Muslims in Al Aqsa Mosque and wounded 158 people after using tear gas and grenades.

Muslims in the mosque had gathered for Morning Prayer.
