The Afghanistan national cricket tea sealed the bilateral Twenty20 International series by defeating Ireland in the second match of by 84 runs on Saturday.

Afghanistan scored 278 runs from 20 overs by losing 3 wickets after winning the toss and electint to bat first with Hazratullah Zazai scoring 162 runs from 62 balls.

He hit 11 fours and 16 sixes on the batting to set an undefeatable score for Ireland in the second match of the bilateral series.

Usman Ghani also scored 73 runs from 48 balls by hitting 7 fours and 3 sixes while Shafqiullah scored 7 runs from 3 balls.

Mohammad Nabi scored 17 runs from  balls and Najibullah Zadran  runs from balls.

However, the Ireland batsmen could not chase the given target and scored 194runs from 20 overs by losg 6 wickets.

On the bowling side, Rashid Khan took 4 wickets, Mujeeb Ur Rahmannand Fareed Ahmad 1 wicket each.

Hazratulah Zazai was awarded the man of the match award for his outstanding performance on the batting side.
