According to ARG Palace, President Ghani has instructed the security officials to identity and to arrest the perpetrators of the attack.
He also emphasized that the enemies of the country cannot weaken the resolve of the people to achieve peace and to end the conflict, particularly the resolve of the religious scholars by targeting the Ulemas and those who are serving the nation.
No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility behind the attack on Mawlavi Haqqan.
The security and Ulema Council sources said Saturday that Mawlavi Haqqai was shot dead by unknown gunmen in the 7th police district of the city.
