A major fire broke out in Nasr Farahi customs facility’s fuel reservoir on Saturday, reports indicate four fuel trucks have been completely damaged as the fire extended.

Afghan traders have reportedly asked Iranian officials to facilitated afghan firefighters in fighting the severe blaze.
Reports indicate the port had no facilities to contain the spread of fire but efforts have been started to extinguish the fire.
This is the second time fire broke out in Afghan custom facilities, earlier more than 1000 trucks loaded with commercial products were burnt at the customs office of Islam Qala and many of the goods were looted following the chaos.
Nasr Farahi customs is located in Farah province close to Iranian border.
