The former President of Egypt Mohammed Moris has died following a court session today, it has been reported.

Egypt’s state media confirmed that Mr. Morsi fainted after a court session and passed afterwards.

Morsi was deposed in a military coup in July of 2013 following mass protests. He was democratically elected in 2012 after the end of Hosni Mubarak’s 30-year rule following 2011 Arab spring.
