Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai condemned the armed attack on concert attendees in the capital of Russia, which left dozens dead and wounded.

Hamid Karzai, the former president of Afghanistan, expressed his condolences to the families and survivors of the event in Russia, condemning the attack on Saturday, March 23, on his social media platform X.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack in the Russian city of Krokus, which left at least 115 dead and over 100 wounded.

Abdulqahar Balkhi, spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taliban, also stated in a press release on Saturday that ISIS demonstrated with this attack that it is a group manipulated by intelligence agencies, aiming to tarnish Islam and create a threat to the entire region.

Armed attackers stormed a concert hall in Moscow last night, shooting at the audience.

As a result of this shooting, at least 115 people were killed, and out of the 145 wounded in this event, the condition of at least 115 individuals has been described as critical by Russian health officials.
