Rashid khan, Afghan cricket legend and national team’s prime player called urged world leaders to bring peace to Afghanistan.

He expressed that he cannot take it anymore to see children being killed in Afghanistan and Palestine.

“I can’t watch this anymore. I can’t. Every day I see children are being killed in Palestine & Afghanistan. Yes, we need to stand for what is right,” he tweeted.

Rashid Khan tweeted on Saturday that having brought up in war, he understands the pain and fear of today’s children in embattled Afghanistan.

“I’m not (a) politician but call on all world leaders to bring peace to the region. I grew up in war & understand the fear kids go through”, the Afghan cricket star tweeted.

“Smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention”, Khan added.

Rashid Khan’s call for peace comes as international forces are withdrawing from Afghanistan and violence across the country raged to an extreme extent.

So far more than a hundred thousand Afghans have been displaced due to heavy clashes in various regions.
