Barcelona and Real Madrid are two of the most popular teams across the globe and the huge rivalry between them – known as El Clásico – is moving to the United States this summer.

According to journalist Helena Condis Edo, the La Liga giants will play in an exhibition match at Allegiant stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada with the date to be determined.

This will be the second time in the history of El Clásico that it will be played in the United States; the first time was in 2017 when the teams played at Hard Rock stadium. In that friendly, Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 3-2 in front of a sell out crowd.

Even though no date has been set this summer’s Clásico in Las Vegas, Nevada, it is speculated that it will take place between 19 and 30 July. What’s more, it has been reported that Barcelona will receive a sum close to $12 million for facing Real Madrid in the summer.

Barça’s preseason in the United States outlined, with four games against Real Madrid, Inter Miami, Juventus and New York Red Bulls.
