Directed by Nitin Kakkar and produced by Vishesh Bhatt under Vishesh Films, Awarapan 2 is a sequel to the 2007 film Awarapan. Emraan Hashmi stars alongside Disha Patani and Shabana Azmi.
The film has received mixed reviews from critics but has attracted strong support from Hashmi’s fan base, helping it maintain momentum through its opening week.
Batwara 1947, directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi, marks his reunion with Sunny Deol nearly three decades after their earlier collaborations, including Ghayal, Damini and Ghatak. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit under Aamir Khan Productions, with music by A.R. Rahman and lyrics by Javed Akhtar.
