Wednesday, May 11 – During an operation in Ghazi village of Zabul province, at least two terrorist insurgents with the Pakistani nationalities have been killed by Afghan National Army special commando unit.
Three other insurgents with Marrakesh, French and Afghan nationalities have also been detained during the operation.
General Zahir Azimi, spokesperson for national defense ministry has confirmed the report saying that a number of militant’s arms and ammunitions, military equipments and propagation documents were also seized by these forces.
He further added that commando forces did not suffer any casualties during the operation.
