Badghis—Strikes in support of Afghan forces in Bala Murghab have killed 40 Taliban fighters over the last three days.

Taliban militants are active in remote and restive areas of the province.

In the meantime, the Afghan forces are busy conducting counter-terrorism operations against both groups in this province.

Similarly, the U.S. forces also conduct regular airstrikes in restive districts of Badghis to suppress Taliban and other anti-government militants.
