The Afghan athlete Hussain Bakhsh Safari won a gold medal in the Asian Jujitsu Championship in Mongolia.

Safari said he participated on behalf of Afghanistan in the Asian Jujitsu Championship which in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia.

Safari further added that he defeated all his rivals in the field of full contact and bagged a gold medal for Afghanistan.

Furthermore, Safari said that he won a bronze medal in the field of Fighting in the Asian Jujitsu Championship.

Athletes from 24 Asian countries had participated in the Asian Jujitsu Championship.

Safari won three gold medals during Jujitsu Championship in India earlier in April this year.
