Afghanistan wants an end to Pakistan’s undeclared war: Ghani

By Khaama Press - Tue Oct 02 2018, 9:53 am

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has said Afghanistan wants an end to the undeclared war of Pakistan and the country’s tolerance towards a stable Afghanistan.

He made the remarks during a meeting with the youths, Civil, and Social activists of Southeastern Paktia province.

President Ghani further added that a stable Afghanistan is in the best interests of Pakistan, regional countries, and the whole world.

This comes as the Afghan and U.S. officials have long been claiming that the militant and terrorist groups, particularly the Taliban and the notorious Haqqani terrorist network, use their safe havens in Pakistan to plan and coordinate attacks in Afghanistan.

However, the Pakistani officials have repeatedly rejected the claims of the Afghan and U.S. officials.

In the meantime, President Ghani once again emphasized on regional cooperation for economic development and said economic development in Pakistan would not be possible without regional cooperation.

  1. Dr. Ghani,

NATO war in Afghanistan is Illegal.

“The UN Charter is a treaty ratified by the United States and thus part of US law. Under the charter, a country can use armed force against another country only in self-defense or when the Security Council approves. Neither of those conditions was met before the United States invaded Afghanistan. The Taliban did not attack us on 9/11. Nineteen men – 15 from Saudi Arabia – did, and there was no imminent threat that Afghanistan would attack the US or another UN member country. The council did not authorize the United States or any other country to use military force against Afghanistan. The US war in Afghanistan is illegal.”

What this indicates is that the current government is Illegal!!!
