Officials in Afghan foreign affairs ministry on Monday announced Afghanistan signed a general cooperation agreement with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to a statement released by Afghan foreign ministry, “The General Cooperation Agreement between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan
and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various areas was signed on April 26 in Almaty.”
The statement further added, “The agreement was signed by Foreign Minister Dr. Zalmai Rassoul and the Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Mr. Abdul Aziz Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, and covers various areas of bilateral cooperation.”
“This agreement will play an important role in expanding the historical ties between the two nations, and will enhance and promote cooperation between the countries in the fields of economy, commerce, investment, education, science, technology, culture, information tourism, youth and sports”, the statement added.
According to foreign ministry officials, the two sides will facilitate opportunities for investment in all fields and provide all the necessary facilities for investors based on the agreement signed between the two nations.
I would like to read the recent agreement between Saudi Arabia Kingdom and Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. I heard that between S.A.K and I.R.A singed agreements. Hope the relationship of Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan tie strongly and permanent.
