Afghanistan Reports 76 New COVID-19 Cases In 24Hrs

Ministry of Public Health reported Sunday, that out of 307 samples, 76 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.

At least 122,699 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 5,639 known active cases in the country.

According to the ministry, within 24 hours, five individuals have Recovered from COVID-19, There are no reports of death.

The new cases recorded in Kabul are 23, Kandahar One, Nangarhar Two, Bamyan Eight, Kunduz One, Baghlan Two, Nimroz Four, Parwan Four, Ghazni 20, Wardak Two, Laghman Five, Kunar Two, and Nuristan Two.

The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 41,501, Total deaths are 1,536 and the total recoveries are recorded 34,326.

COVID-19 global toll has increased to 46,084,254 and the dead are reported to more than 1,195,568 according to John Hopkins’ global dashboard.
