Ministry of Public Health reported Sunday, that out of 444 samples, 65 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.

At least 119,994 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 5,190 known active cases in the country.

According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 106 individuals have Recovered from COVID-19, and Three individuals are reported dead.

The new cases recorded in Kabul are Eight, Herat 19, Kandahar One, Balkh 10, Takhar Nine, Kunduz Five, Nimroz Two, Laghman Three, Kunar Three, Zabul Four, and Nooristan One.

The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 40,833, Total deaths are 1,514 and the total recoveries are recorded 34,129.

COVID-19 global toll has increased to 42,641,728 and the dead are reported to more than 1,150,157 according to John Hopkins’ global dashboard.
