Ministry of Public Health reported Monday, that out of 431 samples, 104 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.

At least 120,425 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 5,269 known active cases in the country.

According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 21 individuals have Recovered from COVID-19, and Four individuals are reported dead.

The new cases recorded in Kabul are 19, Herat 41, Kandahar Nine, Takhar Seven, Kunduz Seven, Nimruz Two, Ghazni 17, Zabul One and Uruzgan One.

The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 40,937, Total deaths are 1,518 and the total recoveries are recorded 34,150.

COVID-19 global toll has increased to 43,038,798 and the dead are reported to more than 1,154,242 according to John Hopkins’ global dashboard.
