Afghanistan football announces squad for Kyrgyzstan friendly match

Afghan-football-teamThe Afghanistan football federation on Thursday announced the squad for friendly football match against Kyrgyzstan.

 Afghanistan football coach Mohammad Yousuf Kargar announced the names of 23 players from the Afghan side who will play in friendly match against Kyrgyzstan.

 The list includes names of six new comers in Afghanistan national football team, which includes Fayaz Azimi, Mohammad Mohammadi, Masoud Hashimi, Hamid Sadid, Faisal Shaista and Ahmad Zamir Daudi.

Erich Rutemöller, the German football coach and retired footballer, who became manager of Afghanistan national football team, for the first time appears as assistant in friendly match against Kyrgyzstan.

 The squad announced by Afghanistan football federation is as following:

 Goalkeepers:

  1. Hamidullah Yousufzai
  2. Mansoor Faqiryar

 Defenders:

  1. Farzad Atayee
  2. Muqadar Qazizada
  3. Mujtaba Faiz
  4. Jalaluddin Sharihatyar
  5. Zamir Daudi
  6. Masoud Hashimi
  7. Islamuddin Amiri
  8. Mustafa Hadid

 Midline:

  1. Rafi Barekzai
  2. Maruf Hamidi
  3. Amiruddin Sharifi
  4. Mohammad Mohammadi
  5. Fayaz Azizi
  6. Mohammad Yousuf Mashraqi
  7. Ahmad Arash Hatifi
  8. Mustafa Azadzoi

 Offense Line:

  1. Hashmatullah Barekzai
  2. Sanjar Ahmadi
  3. Bilal Arzoo
  4. Hamid Sadid
  5. Faiz Shaista

Mohammad Yousuf Kargar is as head coach, Erich Rutemöller as the coach, Mohammad Farid Molayi as supervisor, Ali Askar Lali as technical manager and Bahram Sediqi as team doctor.

Afghanistan football federation officials have said that the exact time and venue of the friendly match will be announced soon.
