Afghanistan defeats Netherlands by an inning and 36 runs in ICC I-Cup

Afghanistan won the toss and chose to field allowing the Netherlands batsmen to start their inning but were all out after scoring 117 runs.
The Afghan batsmen started their first inning shortly after the first inning of Netherlands ended and declared their first inning after scoring 312 runs during the second day of the match.
The Netherlands batsmen started their second inning shortly after the declaration by Afghanistan but were all out after scoring 159 runs.
Hashmatullah Shahidi scored the highest runs for Afghanistan by making 83 runs with Rahmat Shah scoring 51 runs.
Afghanistan lost its opening batsmen in the early hours of the game with Mohammad Shahzad scoring 17 runs and Ihsanullah scoring 15 runs.
Yamin Ahmadzai took 5 wickets, Dawlat Zadran 4 wickets, and Mirwais Ashraf 1 wicket to restrict the Netherlands batsmen to 117 during their first innings.
However Zahir Khan appeared stronger during the second innings of Netherlands by taking their 4 wickets to restrict them to 159 runs.
Other bowlers, DAwlat Zadran took 3 wickets, Mohammad Nabi 1 wicket, and Mirwais Ashraf 1 wicket.
