The Afghan Special Forces killed 5 Taliban militants during separate operations conducted in Farah province.
The informed military officials said Tuesday that the Special Forces killed 5 Taliban militants in Pusht-E Rod and Bala Baluk districts of Farah.
Furthermore, the Special Forces destroyed an IED-making cache during the same operation.
Meanwhile, the military officials said the Special Forces detained 2 Taliban fighters during a raid in Nejrabh district of Kapisa.
The Taliban militants have not commented regarding the operations so far.
