The Afghan Special Forces inflicted heavy casualties on Taliban militants during the operations in Badghis and Kunduz.

The military officials said Friday that the Special Forces killed 16 Taliban militants during the operation in Badghis. The Special Forces conducted the raid in Jawand district.

The officials further added that the Special Forces also wounded 3 other militants during the same operations.

Meanwhile, the Special Forces killed 21 Taliban militants and wounded 24 others during an operation in Imam Sahib district of Kunduz province.

According to military officials, the Special Forces conducted the operation in Imam Sahib two nights ago.

The Taliban group has not commented regarding the operations so far.
