Abdul Azim Badakhshi is preparing for a fierce fight on October 28th against Hae Jin Park. His determination to win extends beyond personal success; he aims to honour the resilient people of Herat.

The highly expected free fights will occur at the prestigious Noida Indoor Stadium, Sector 21, Noida, India.

On October 28th, Badakhshi is set to face Hae Jin Park, and he aims to dedicate his potential victory to the people of Herat. Park, a former Road FC featherweight champion with a submission win over Soo Chul Kim, poses a formidable challenge for Badakhshi.

“As you’re already aware, my fight is on October 28th. What’s been happening in my homeland has been highly heartbreaking; therefore, I intend to dedicate the victory of my upcoming fight to my people affected by the earthquakes. I stand by you,” Badakhshi said.

In a noble gesture of solidarity, Badakhshi has committed to dedicating his victory to the people of Herat and pledged to contribute a portion of his fight purse to aid those impacted by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the Herat Province.

Badakhshi, currently ranked as the top athlete in South Asia, boasts an impressive professional record of 13 victories and three defeats.

In the Central Asian ranking, he holds a commendable 7th place, a promising position for this motivated young athlete, with ample opportunities to secure more wins in the future.

Badakhshi expressed his unwavering confidence, stating that he has undergone rigorous training and meticulous preparation. He is determined to emerge victorious when he steps into the cage against his formidable opponent.
