The security forces killed six Taliban militants during separate operations conducted in Takhar province.
The military officials said Saturday that the Afghan Special Forces killed 4 Taliban militants during a raid in Baharak district of Takhar.
Furthermore, the security force conducted an airstrike in Baharak district which killed 2 Taliban fighters.
The anti-government armed militants have not commented regarding the operations so far.
