Officials in northern Balkh province say a 5 year old girl was raped by a 20 year old man in Sholgar district on Sunday.
Security officials of the province state that the attacker has been arrested and is currently behind the bars.
Father of the victim has threatened to kill all of his kids in front of the president’s office if justice was not applied.
This is not the only case where a kid is being raped by an older man. Last month a 3 year old girl was raped by a group of people in the neighboring Takhar province.
