Pakistan based Dawn news agency reports that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is mulling an International Peace Conference for Muslim countries in Peshawar.
According to the news agency the aim of the conference is to unite Islamic countries for a shared strategy for defeating terrorism.
The news agency adds that the promise was made by OIC Secretary General Iyad Amin Madani who is currently on a visit to Pakistan.
OIC is pondering international peace conference to bring Muslim countries together against terrorism after a deadly attack in Peshawar that killed at least 141 and injured more than 130 others.
In the meantime peace council of Afghanistan says until Pakistan is not honest to its commitment to fight against any terrorist group, the region will face insecurity.
What is wrong with these people – isn’t there any other city that they picked Peshawar? Peshawar should be selected as capital of succide bombers and capital of terrorist organizations!
