Three consecutive blasts in Kabul city left 11 people dead and 45others wounded, the Ministry of Public Health said.

Nasrat Rahimi, a spokesman for the Ministry of Interior said the explosions killed 11 civilians and wounded 45 others.

Furthermore, Rahimi said a suicide bomber targeted a vehicle carrying the employees of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum in 16th district of the city.

According to Rahimi, the second explosion took place in the same area killing 11 civilians and wounding 45 others.

Meanwhile, Rahimi said the third explosion took place in Despachery area of Kabul. It was likely a car bomb explosion.

The Ministry of Public Health officials had earlier said the explosions killed 8 civilians including women and child.

The officials further added that the explosions also wounded 27 others including women and children.
