17 Taliban militants killed in Uruzgan, Ghazni, and Nangarhar airstrikes

At least 17 Taliban militants were killed during the airstrikes which were conducted in southern Uruzgan, south-eastern Ghazni, and eastern Nangarhar province.

According to informed military sources, at least 12 Taliban fighters were killed during the airstrikes conducted in Tarin Kot city, the provincial capital of Uruzgan province.

The sources further added that a similar airstrike was carried out in Andar district of Ghazni province leaving one Taliban fighter dead.

At least 4 Taliban fighters were killed during separate airstrieks conducted in Khogyani and Achin districts of Nangarhar province.

The sources also confirmed that 13 Taliban fighters were killed in the airstrikes conducted in Abe Kamari district of north-western Badghis province.

The anti-government armed militants including Taliban have not commented regarding the airstrikes so far.
